How to make an invoice

  1. Fill in who it is from and who it is for, the invoice number and the dates.
  2. Add a line for each item, with its quantity and unit price, then any tax and discount.
  3. Select Download invoice PDF.

Are my details saved?

No. Nothing you enter is stored, in your browser or anywhere else, so you fill it in again next time. Download the invoice before you leave the page.

How are the totals worked out?

Each line is quantity times unit price, rounded to the cent. The discount comes off the subtotal, then tax is added.

Can I add my logo?

Yes. Choose a PNG or JPG image and it appears at the top of the invoice.

Which currencies can I use?

Pounds, euros, dollars and other common currencies, written in the number format you choose.
