Is the link opened or visited?
No. The link is only read as text in your browser. Nothing is opened, fetched or looked up.
Which wrapped links does it unwrap?
Microsoft Safe Links, Proofpoint URL Defense versions 2 and 3, and Google redirect links, even when one is inside another.
What is a lookalike domain?
A domain that uses letters from another alphabet that look like Latin ones, such as a Cyrillic а in аpple.com. Browsers show these as xn-- addresses.
Why does it show the domain separately?
The domain is the part someone registered. Everything to its left can be chosen freely, so check this part.
