Is my video uploaded anywhere?
No. Cropping happens inside your browser, and your video never leaves your device.
Will the sound change?
No. The sound is copied as it is. Only the picture is re-encoded.
Why is my crop one pixel narrower?
Video formats need an even width and height, so an odd side loses its last row or column of pixels.
Does cropping make the file smaller?
Usually, since there is less picture to store. To make it smaller still, use Compress Video.
Why does the first video take longer?
The first time, your browser downloads the video engine. After that it is kept, so the next video starts at once.
